Privacy Policy

Bloom (operated under the brand Femininity, at femininity.today) is a women's wellness app. We help you track your cycle, build daily rituals, journal, and take care of yourself. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights over it.

• 🌸Account information — your name and email address when you create a profile.
• 🗓️Cycle data — period start dates, cycle length, and any notes you add. This is sensitive health data and is stored encrypted and never sold.
• 📓Journal entries — text you write in your private journal. Only you can read them.
• ✨Rituals and tasks — the habits and to-do items you create and complete.
• 💳Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We receive a subscription status (active / inactive) and your email.
• 📍Location (optional) — only requested when you open "Nearby stores" in the Shopping list. Used in-app to query OpenStreetMap. Never stored on our servers.
• 📊Usage analytics — anonymous event counts (e.g., "ritual completed") to improve the app. No personal identifiers are included.

• To provide and personalise the Bloom app experience.
• To process your subscription payment through Stripe.
• To send you account-related emails (receipts, password resets). Never marketing without consent.
• To improve the app using anonymous, aggregated analytics.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your health data with advertisers, insurance companies, or any third party.

Your data is stored on servers within the United States. Cycle data, journal entries, and mood logs are encrypted at rest. We use HTTPS for all data in transit.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

• Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data.

• Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format.
• Opt-out — opt out of analytics at any time from your profile settings.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@femininity.love. We will respond within 30 days.

Bloom is not intended for anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

We may update this policy as the app evolves. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of Bloom after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
