Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Bloom, operated under the brand Femininity at femininity.today and the Bloom mobile app (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Bloom. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

• 🔑You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• ✉️You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend accounts that contain false information.
• 🔒If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at hello@femininity.love.

Creating an account is free. Access to the wellness tools requires a paid subscription at $2.99 USD per month.

• 💳Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method $2.99 USD each month on a recurring basis.
• 🔄Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued.
• 💰We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute any content from the Service without written permission.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users or Bloom staff.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

Content you create within Bloom — journal entries, rituals, cycle notes — belongs to you. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display your content solely to provide the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your personal health data or journal entries, and we will never sell or share them with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Bloom is a wellness and self-care tool, not a medical device or service. Content within the app — including cycle insights, wellness articles, and affirmations — is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for any health concerns, especially regarding your reproductive health, hormones, or mental wellbeing.

All content, design, code, and branding within the Service — including the Bloom and Femininity names, logos, and artwork — are owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or use them without our written consent.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Femininity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will do so.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
