- The app version, if you know it.
- What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
- A screenshot, if helpful, with personal information hidden.
Please do not email passwords, full payment-card details, private journal entries, or sensitive health information.
Subscriptions and billing
Website subscriptions are $2.99 USD per month and renew automatically. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal in your account. If your subscription is billed by Apple, manage it in your iPhone’s Settings under your name, then Subscriptions. Email us if you need help.
